extrude hone

Has anybody ever had heads or an intake extrude honed? I have an extra intake and was just wondering.

I have a friend who has had a Chevy 2bbl intake Extrude honed for his dirt track car since he has to run the 2bbl. Made a big difference in the mid-range and top end. I am still contemplating sending in my hotair intake.

I had a jet pump done and it was $200.00.
