F.A.S.T. "windows" map issues

Are any of you guys having problems with windows version? When I make changes in fuel map the engine goes "bad" lean. The map looks okay, but I go to my dos version and I have a "16" in one or more cells.
The windows map does not show this.

I have the latest version as far as I know, I just got this floppy from a dealer.

I have never seen or heard of this.

I had a file get corrupted once and got all kinds of goofy values in the cells, but not exactly like what you describe.
