Where does the MAF go?

The MAF stays in the normal location with this pipe. The AIT (air inlet temp) sensor can be dealt with in 2 ways: you can buy an extension and put it in the filter neck or put a hole in the connector hose or pipe itself up near the MAF and run it there.
