They are brand new and have the certification stickers still on them . The auction also includes mounted on the wheels a brand new pair of mickey thompson et street slicks . There are 32 by 17.50 - 15lt . These to have the manufacturer's stickers still on them. These wheels and tires are brand new . $1000 obo. What you see is what you get .
