Factory alarm

Need some help, just purchased 86 GN and the factory alarm will not shut off. Any Ideas

What do you mean it won't shut off? Is the alarm going off and you can't shut it off or the security light is blinking?

when I lock the door with the key, then reopen it with the key the alarm goes off and I cannot get it shut off. I have to disconnect the battery.
