This is an extra I got as a deal for some other things I am working on... I have installed lightning rods on my Buick and got a bunch of parts to use as templates etc. without ruining my good perfect stock stuff. I have no use for this extra mounting bracket. Lightning rods mount up same tranny etc. just need to make modifications to the console depending on which one you use.
