Factory turbo hoses

Were they black with the orange ends, or did they not have any other color in them.

Factory hoses were black woven material on the outside and reddish-orange rubber/silicone on the inside.

No, factory hoses were thin rubber and all orange. I have a few sets kicking around. My silver car still all stock has has them on it.

Crap, haha. You're right.my bad. Just looked at the spare set I have and they are black with orange inside and have white writing on them. Idk what the hell the ones on my silver car are from. Lol.

Black with orange on the inside came on mine. I'll post pix when I get home. They are in a box somewhere.
They don't last long when boost is increased.

Even with good hose clamps they don't last?

I'm using stock clamps and heavy hose on mine. Though there are plenty of heavier duty clamps out there.

The stock clamps are ok but the stock couplers suck. I wouldn't use them unless it was an all stock car and the couplers were new. They tend to fall apart.
