What would I have to do to remove it and keep the fan working?

Nothing. The fans will come on as they normally do. Removing that relay only keeps the fans from coming on after the key is switched off.

Well my fan is on a toggle inside the car & i flip it on as needed only but when i do id like it to run hi speed, is that possible?

Yes. When you run a fan switch to the grn/yellow wire it acts as an override. Normal ECM (and A/C) fan controls still work like normal.

Because you need to remove the fan delay relay and smash it with a hammer.
