Fan runs all the time when key is on

My electric fan runs all the time when the key is turned to "ON" or when the engine is running. I has the top radiator hose come loose at the block and it sprayed antifreeze all over the motor before I could shut it off. Happened while it was idiling and hood was open. Re attached the hose and now the fan runs all the time. Help appreciated, thanks. Mike

The high temp fan switch is in the intake manifold near where you just doused the engine in superheated water. You've probably managed to short that wire to ground which would make the fans run all the time. That's what I'd check first.
