Take apart the relay and clean up all the corrosion and solder flux. I had the same thing happen to my relay and it ran the battery dead. I ordered a new relay from Kirban, but I realized after I ordered the new relay, I probably could of just fixed the old one. By curiosity, I opened up the old relay and the problems were very evident and looked easy to fix....a few shorts caused by some corrosion and solder flux. I never retested the old relay to see if my fix acutally worked, but I bet it worked.
