Fastest mph with stock heads?

my 85 ran 117.9mph at 3500ft elevation, 23psi. I did have a radiused valve job done on them. They are not ported though.

I'm currently tuning my champion heads, te-44, stock converter car, but my car weighs 3700 pounds with me in it. It has went 11.8@115, running out of gear with a very loose te-44 and nasty cold side header leak, any suggestions on what i can do to get more mph, besides a taller tire and rebuilding the turbo and fixing the exhaust leaks(which i have)??

For 118 mph my long block was stock and untouched with a race weight right at 3575-3600lbs.

28" tall tires give you 5+ mph capability over 26" tires at the same RPM, so if your car was RPM limited, you could possibly go 5 mph faster with 28" tires with no other changes. I'm definately not saying you will, but in theory, you could.

11.7's @ 115.5 mph in "safe" tune mode (19 lbs boost, 18° street chip, 28-10.5-15" slicks, 100 octane homebrew)

50# injectors
freshened stock heads with a 3 angle valve job
CPP spec 206/206 cam from Comp Cams
Limit Engineering te-61 w/.63 PTE exhaust housing
3200 rpm stall 9/11" converter

Car weighs 3675#'s with me in it :)
