Fastest on worked 8445 heads

What I would like to know who has been real fast on stock heads that have been worked ,such as,p&p bigger valve etc..... ,so let see them numbers

Roy "Boost" Garcia is the fastest I know of with ported 8445 iron heads..... He has run 9.64 @141mph with his Champion iron headed TSM car.....

I saw a GN run 10.16 with fully ported heads and STOCK GM valves (back cut) at Cecil County Dragway this past fall. Turbo was a T66, boost was near 35psi

Im finally putting manley valves in mine and putting them on the motor for my elcamino to see what kind of power I can make on 100% pump gas

probly start on another set for my ttype

Terry Ryan went 10.20's and Ryan Guy went 9.99@136mph with very heavily worked stock heads and larger valves. Both were running 30psi+ and big turbos.

The norm I would say is mid to low 10's with quality ported iron heads and 25psi. All depends how crazy you want to get with the boost.
