I can ship for less, but when I use the cheap shipping, it take 2-4 week sometime and usualy people hate that.
Also i'm in canada, shipping cost much more.

I've checked for cheaper shipping cost for diecast and 16.95$ is for Expedited service and it take 2-3 weeks to most US destination.
