Fiberglass Filler Squeak. How to Fix?

What causes a fiberglass filler squeak? How do I fix it?

I also notice that some paint is rubbed off at the corners (front and back). Is there a way to keep this from happening when I get my new fillers painted? Can the bumpers be adjusted? Is this what causes the squeaking on the front?

Mine squeak and dont fit right FAIL

There was a recent thread on this and it seems that alot of them need to be "massaged" to fit right

An adjustment is in order to end the squeeks.....or some WD-40. Climb under there and take a look where it's rubbing.

The bumper is adjustable. Loosen the eight bolts that attach the bumper support to the impact shocks, and you can move the bumper up and down to gain clearance.
