Re: Reply
I have hired your services in the past for your mechanical knowledge, appitude, and services, nothing more, nothing less.
I really don't know of any time that you have extended your friendship and helped me out, other than when you let me borrow, I believe. $ 500.00 to help me buy a car with. And you charged me no interest. There again, you offered the loan.
I paid it back, and thanked you profusely and profoundly within the week as promised at the Mile Square Park Buick show. I do owe you on that one. I expect you and everybody that either has or is in business to charge for their services. I never bitched or complained about your charging me for services rendered that I am aware of. I do not insist on burning my bridges. Did I burn this bridge. You mean that I am not welcome at your new shop as a customer anymore. Well, I am sorry that you feel that way. As far as the common sense to realize that the Buick community is small and that we need to stick together. Well, sometimes there are specialized circumstances that prevent that from happening.
And you are welcome, Lou. You, too, have a nice day.

FWIW & IMHO:
I did not forget Lou Czarnota.
I don't think that anybody could ever forget Lou Czarnota.
I wish Lou well at his new business location.
I think that it is great that you support him.
Oh, I almost forgot. Have a nice day, too [/QUOTE Here you go again! If you have some kind of problem recommending my shop tell me to my face. What have any of those people you are steering this person to done for you lately & are they any better qualified than my shop. If you can't be unbaised towards my business. At least mind your own. You make it a point to stick your nose into anything involved with TR's includeing bad mouthing cars that people are trying to sell. This new guy hasn't figured you out yet. Most of us have & try to ignore you. I have extended my friendship to you several times & helped you out. Yes I did charge for my services & maybe you find this offensive but whens the last time you worked for free. Why do you insist on burning your bridges. At least have the common sense to
realize how small this community is & how we need to stick togather. Thank you again Gary. Regards Lou

Lou: I recommend who I think is best suited for the purpose, who has a good reputation, who has treated me fairly if they have done work for me. Tim Lee at Don Lee Auto has never done any work for me yet, but they are very local to Riverside County, have a spotless reputation on every board/site that I have ever been on, including, Corvetteforum, Z06vette, digital corvettes, LS1, and LS2tech. They also campaign a just drop dead gorgeous and flawless early Buick. Maybe a '65. Pretty much stops crowds whereever it goes. I have never heard a single complaint regarding them.

Recommendation and respect are both best earned, not demanded, nor asked for.

I can be whatever way I want to towards anybodys business
yours or anybody elses.

Yes, I am nosy, sorry that bothers you. I intend to get better at it. BTW, whose car for sale have I been badmouthing? I have never lied about anybodys car, for sale or otherwise. I give an opinion if asked, but I also don't like to see anybody "stuck", whether they fall for it or not.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tell me what car I "Badmouthed" and I will tell you what I said about it, and why, and whether I said anything at all.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, if the new guy hasn't figures me out yet, I am sure that he will. Give him time.

I have no problem with that and it works for me.
You can ignore me all that you want to, Lou, I really don't mind on that one.
