dropped the engine off at a performance shop today. while I was there we took a look at the lifters and one of the lifters had some damage done to it so It looks like I'll need a new cam for sure. the lifter almost looked like it was "bouncing" -springs are probably worn-out. he'll be able to start the block by thursday so i'll let who wants to know after he mics the cylinders if I'll have to bore over or not.
I just might be able to meet my goal and get my car on the road for my birthday--May 6th!!!
Twins-- when will you be at the lot in Grand Rapids? I'd like to see how that scan tool works. no hurry though.
