Guy was walking on the beach and found an old lamp. Rubbed it a little and out popped a genie (Kind of like Ty around a fine Ewe). Told the guy that Obama's taxes and fees had limited him to only one wish so make it a good one.

And the guy said "I've always wanted to go to Hawaii but I get seasick so I can't take the boat and I'm afraid to fly. Can you build me a bridge to hawaii so I can drive"

Genie says "Are you kidding me. The enviornmental permits, the goverment approvals, the affect on shipping traffic I can't do that make another wish!"
