Fire extingusher

Is there an extinguisher that is NOT compliant with NHRA tech inspections? Or can I buy any size and fire suppression agent?

I'm looking at
H3R Performance HG250R - H3R Performance HalGuard Fire Extinguishers - Overview - SummitRacing.com

and summit cannot answer this question. And is there a minimum size also required?

I installed the mount and extinguisher for the H3R 1lb in my center console. The lid even closes when installed and clamped in. Not easy to get out if needed in a hurry though.
