First Gen RX7/ Regal T-Type swap

I'm looking at a rolling 83 RX7, and considering my options if I buy it. Does the 3.8 Buick fit in without too much cutting and welding? Also, is there a reasonably strong five-speed that could bolt up to it? Thanks in advance for any help!

And incase anyone's wondering, I'm planning on using a T-Type 3.8 with a twin turbo/ intercooled setup for drag racing and the occasional day long cruise

twins huh sounds pricey...what year t-type? the t-type and gns have the same motor..lc2...

I believe it's an 85. I'll have to check the date tag when I get the door open (the handles broke)

85 would be a hot air car .. IF I were goin to do all that work I'd do an 86-87 intercooled engine
