fix my car.

Hullo. I am looking for some help here, i have just recently bought a 1981 buick regal(my first car) and i'm having some problems. The first problem being is that the sunroof leaks. and it is almost impossible to find a new seal, and i cant figure out why my power seat wont work eiher. Also how much would it cost me to put a turbo on my 267. CANADA!
