drug use must be a VERY BIG PROBLEM in Jacksonville FL. because he is smoking some serious stuff.

Just say NO!

Yeah a hotair in pieces is worth way more than my complete 87 limited. I should just sell mine for 500 bucks

What are hotstick rear control arms?

So the thing is black on one side and white on the other?

Grand National dash? It's in the trunk.

What a joke.

Hmmm IM in Florida and I wouldnt say "Snatch it up" However I was fishing not long ago and think I "Snagged" one that looked similar to that. I chose not to reel it in and just cut my line:D

First, you have to understand that Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia is the redneck capital of the world!

Pickup trucks have the most resale value here of anywhere in the country.

I live in Gainesville and had to go look at an 87 GN for a friend once in Jax a couple of years ago.

You know the drill, looooooow mileage, zero rust, perfect condition and slightly modified, VERY, VERY FAST!

I get there and the car is just okay with some rust on the bottom of the doors, trunk lid and rear quarters. Original paint is good though.

Under the hood he has this monster 72 series turbo and 2" headers on a basically stock motor with a stretch stock location intercooler and doesn't know what injectors or chip or fuel pump are in it.

I brought my then 13 year old son who goes along for the test ride.

The car is a DOG! Takes forever to spool and won't go past 15# boost.
Won't even spin the tires.

On the way back my son pipes up from the back seat asking me why the car is soooo slooooow.

The guy asks me if I think it is slow and I answer it is really slow, slower than stock. He starts with it just need some tuning.

I just told him the combo was all wrong for a stock motor and lets go a ride in my Limited T and I'll show you what factory headers and a 60 series turbo can do.
I basically scare him and he says he wants to go home.

He again insists it is just tuning with his car.

I take him home and leave.

Jacksonville is loaded with these types of goofs.

I did buy a decent parts GN about 10 years ago for $2500 from one of them though.
