Floor Shift Cable Grommet and Bracket (Received Part)

I am converting my column shift to a floor shift and need the bracket and grommet where the shift cable passes through the floor pan. I would prefer the rubber grommet to be in good shape, but will consider grommets torn or otherwise in not great shape. This part looks like the attached picture.
