OMG!! i just bought a 1987 GN and iam about to poop my pants.
It runs good but will need a tune up for sure. Any tips on little things i can do to make it run a little smoother?

Call Quad Air and ask for Red's "catalog". It has a good checklist of cheap and easy things to do.
Do your fuel delivery items first, because I know you won't stay out of it.
