It had been repainted black, but there are some slight signs of some surface rust on the bed(no major rust). The trailer is outfitted with relatively new tires (less than 1000 miles) and a spare. In addition, it has been outfitted with an aluminum diamond plate tool box. Lock and is complete with loading ramps.
