For sale is a 3.8 Race Short Block Professionally built by S-K Speed Race Engines in Long Island, NY. All parts used are top shelf BRAND NEW parts. No expense was spared with this engine. This short never even had heads bolted on yet after completion.

Never heard of a shortblock that came with a turbo
You should talk to your builder about lifter oiling though.

after 1145 posts you should know about how much it costs to put a good motor together with top of the line parts. he may be a little high but he's not way off, I would say he's trying to recoup all the $ he has in it.
