For sale: Guage cluster for 79 Regal Turbo

Hey folks, this came with a buy for a good turbo off evilbay. So question is:

1. Anyone interested?

2. Is it worth $100.00 plus the freight.?

3. What is the best way to clean a turbo that has been setting? Seems a little stiff, with no play in the shaft. It is not as free as I think it should be. Feels like it is gummed up.
