Ford TPS wireing

Does anyone know the proper way to set up a ford TPS adapted to GM harness ? I can't get the TPS to read below 30%. I'm not sure if the connector pins are correct.

Update,

When I remove the TPS sensor, I can get the proper range from roughly .56v to 4.6V. It appears that when I bolt it to th TB, I can't get the adjustment. Maybe the sensor or TB mounting is bad ?

TB is a Accufab 90MM
TPS is a FAST sensor for ford TB.

Any input would be appreciated.
