Ok, i found out where the draw on my battery is coming from, kinda.

Its one of the ring terminals coming off of the starter solenoid. I have a remote mounted solenoid so it didn't get heat soaked. It has 2 red wires that go into a fuseable link(i think) then into one wire that has a ring terminal on the end, then to the solenoid. The problem is i can't really trace the 2 red wires that well. Anyone have a wiring diagram they can look at and give me a clue to what these wires go to??

thanks!!

The double line to one fusible link is most likely the coolant fan feed lines.

Assuming factory wiring of course. :)

Probably the coolant fans-that is where the two would go on a gn, anyway, so I am guessing on a TTA.

One would feed the high and low speed relays and the other one would go to the delay relay.

Again I am guessing on the TTA. :)

i knew it, funny thing is, i HAVE to have one of the fan relays jumped to stay on for me to charge correctly, odd i know

sooooo would it be ok keep that fuseable link unhooked and just hook the fans up to a switch, granted its a ghetto rig job but it should work.

don't see any correlation between charging and fan relays :) But, I have seen lots of strange things on these cars.

I would try unplugging the large relay (the delay relay) if the TTA has one, and see if that cures the problem.

well that's not what is causing the draw, it already check that, i'll try it again, but if its because of those wires that go to the solenoid i guess i could just snip them, tie em off and run the fans by a switch :)

If it has three relays like the GN, you may have a bad low or high speed relay.....

cutting the wires off and using a switch is kinda crude. :)

pull the wires off each relay until the draw goes away, then work backwards from there.... :)

i know they do, and you're right i should do that, but its easier to run a switch lol

i'll do some more checking tomorrow, but at least i know what to start looking at now :) thanks!!!
