Found two potential quarer donors,how much$ ?

Found two 84-87 bodies at a local boneyard today.
Both cars are fairly free of rot in the quarter areas..The cheaper of the two has a dent on the pass side quarter just behind the lower B pillar area, kinda below the stiker area. They want $300 for the car...Basicly I buy the entire car and strip what I want.
They have an 86/307 in better shape with very useable quarters .But they want more money cause the car is marked wth a good motor and somehow a posi rear end...not sure what size , most likely a SS 7.5 or similar..but ya never know I guess..they suposedly pulled it in when the scrap was higher and as far as I can tell it will be better than $500 , i would be willing to go to a certain amount, but what would a good bodied sheetmetal donor be worth??
Just kinda asking in case anyone wants to pitch in..I know its probably worth it, but I dont have crazy amounts o spend..Another side of me wants to scoop it up before its gone...

BuY The One You Want Sell What U Can Then Sell The Rest For Scrap Metal To Recover Some Costs

I talked to gbody before and they said a good shell with no doors, trunk lid, glass......etc goes for around 5-800, but they are also rust free

Thanks for the input guys..I still havnt heard back on the 86/307 body yet..Probably find out Monday..I think they were kinda hoping I would make an offer..If I can sell the drivetrain that would work out..i am not so optomistic I wil be able to unload it quick enough..Maybe they will keep the drive train, but I kinda doubt it..Even if I settle for the $300 job i should be able to get at min a driver quarter and maybe make a quarter well patch for the pass side, if it cant be banged out...The no brainer is buying the better shell, just alittle short on the extra cash right now..hmmm,sorry, kinda thinking out loud here..
