FP Gauge Connectors?

OK, so got to drive the car yesterday and now know that the knock is because I'm running lean. Anyhow, I have a 2 5/8" FP gauge, Autometer Pro Comp, however, I don't have the connectors, line, etc to hook it up. Does anyone have it laying around? I'd like to mount it, but need the cup and mount. At the very least just need to adjust the pressure.

If you don't have what I need, someone have the proper connectors, part numbers, threads, web link, that would get me what I need?
