FP Hotwire kit drain battery?

I recently had a reputable shop installed the Racetronix fuel pump/hot wire kit on my TTA. The hot wire is connect at the alternator (not at the battery). Would this drain my batter? Or do i have a bad alternator? Going to Discount to get the alt checked after i jump start the car.

It shouldn't drain the battery. The relay doesn't get activated till the factory FP relay get activated till you turn the key on.
Sounds like something else may be the problem.
Could always put an amp meter between the battery and the battery ground. Then see if you have any current draw. If so, then start disconnecting one item at a time till you find what is pulling the current.
