FP Reg bad?

Ive posted about terminal high o2s during WOT. I have a 233 Bosch regualator, and ATR double pimpers, ok , pumpers. I jumped, or turned on the secondary fpump while watching fuel pressure with car at idle. It went from 37 to 64 psi. I guess it is safe to say my fp reg is bad. What do you guys recommend for a rebuildable fp reg. Looking forward to some tamed o2 readings! .

I am sure a 233 can not hold back the force of a double pumper. You should have at least a 237 on there, as the 233 is too low for most chips.
Get an AFPR and you should be set
