front bumper filler installation - which hardware to bolt to fenders and header panel?

Which hardware are you using to bolt the front bumper fillers to the fenders and header panel. I see 4 holes to attach it along the fender, but how does it attach to the header panel by the grill?

I see this kit for both the front and rear (I only need the front so I wouldn't need the speed nuts)

and I see this kit from gbody parts:

2 Plastic Push Pins to attach the filler to the header panel? - do I need to create a hole in the filler panel where I but the green box and use the push pin here?
6 x 7mm screws for the upper filler to header panel (below the headlights) - do I need to put them in the areas where I put the red boxes and use screw clips here?
8 - 10mm Headed Screws for the side filler to lower fender side - this appears to thread into the fenders.

looks like cheap ass junk fiberglass filler
my guess is the gbody hardware kit+ shipping costs more than the filler
looking at the fit near grille id toss them but if you intend to keep them dont use the push pin
fiberglass doesnt use steel plates like the OE (goodmark repro has plates but i still use the oe plates when i have them)
the clips would go in the slots you have red squares flat side to bottom but with the fiber lass i put the clips on the fillers and send longer screws down from the top
with fiberglass to keep the filler tight to header by grille i drill small hole in front edge of header (in front of headlamp) and secure the filler there with a screw from top into filler to pull it up otherwise they tend to hand down and you have a gap
on the fender holes i tap them back in with a hammer so the filler sits flat against fender , and you might need a relief cut in top corner of filler to help it flex out flush with fender
