Front Corner markers

Hello, my front passenger corner marker is dimmer than the driver side marker.
It blinks just as bright as the other side, just when the park lights or head lights are on.
I checked voltage and the driver side is 13 volts and the passenger side has 10 volts when the park lights are on.

I’ve cleaned the contacts and swapped bulbs with the same result.

I checked the voltage.
The right market has 13.0 volts and wet side has on 10 volts.

any ideas

Follow the wires to the ground. I think that needs to be cleaned and tightened.
I think it is next to the battery.

100% sure I have sound grounds.
Bundle of ground between the battery and headlights soldered and run to headed panel bolt then jumpered to the passenger fender then directly to negative terminal on battery.
I initially thought it could be an issue with the plug because the side I’m having the issue with is a replacement plug so I swapped sides with the plugs and had the same issue on the same side with other plug.
The voltage is only 10 volts dc even with the plug disconnected

You can have good voltage but a poor connection downline will cause a voltage drop when the system is under load (lights on). I'd check and clean all the connections and double check the ground.
