Ok I suspect my new torque wrench is not accurate at relatively low ft lbs. I torqued down the front cover, checking cam button thrust, was shooting for .005" and ended up at .0035" to .004". I used Loctite 567 on the threads holding it to the block. So my question is can I just back out the bolts slightly, and then re-torque to proper (22 ft lbs) and re-check cam thrust?

Disregard, checked cam thrust button today and only had .0025" so I guess cover is coming off and will re-torque.
