Front Cover

Is there a specific front cover gasket for a stage 2 . It looks like the stock V-6 one will work. Or just use RTV and no gasket.

How about an off center 3.8 with a 14 bolt oil pan? My '87 turbo front cover looks wrong as far as the mounting of the oil pan.

Doh. I assumed you-all knew that Stage blocks only work with 14-bolt oil pans. So, when I say "Stock gasket", I mean the stock gasket for a 14-bolt front cover. Most new front covers are drilled for either 20 or 14-bolt configurations, but you need the gasket for a pre-85 block. Off-center or on-center makes no difference.
