Chris, have you used the cover from them? If so how was the fit? I've read all kinds of storys about the fitting of some covers. What is the contact info for Silver Seal and how much was the cover? Thanks

The fit is great. I like the fact that the cover is macined so the seal is installed in the front, not to mention that it is a high volume oiler. I can't remember how much the cover was. I have used several of these covers in build ups. I will find a number and get back.

Thanks Chris, went to the sit but it's not all working so sent them an e-mail and ordered a free catalog. I keep hearing about the trouble with the HV front cover whith the fit. Is this what PTE sells for $170? seems like a lot. What did you pay from SS? I'm going post and see what everyone is using. Did you get a part # yet.

It is the same cover that PTE sells. I think it was around $90.00. I will look in my catalog and see what the part number is. I think the quality of the SS cover is very good. I have never had a problem with the fit. You may want to give them a call.

Would appreciate the part #. All you had to add was a gasket and oil pump kit correct? What pump did you go with? $90 sounds better than $170.
