Front filler bracket

Looking for the front bumper filler brackets that attaches the filler to the fender. The bracket that has the 3 holes for the bolts.

Is this part of the bumper filler itself? I cant place it for some reason....

on front there's steel plate that hooks to the header with tabs that get bolted up , nothing to the fender but the four screws
the rear filler has a bracket to the quarterpanel

It would bolt up here..just like in the rear.
