It measures 10. Guy I purchased it from said it was a 10".

It is a 245mm GM core converter. Looks like and Edge judging by the front plate. Some companies call that a 9.5", and some call it a 10". Is it for a 200-4R or a turbo?

used to be the converter would fit in a USPS med flat rate box , now you could use a flat rate large box ( 12x12x 51/2) double up the boxes (they're free ) and ship for under $18 anywhere in us
