Is this for stage II heads then? what's the duration at .050?

Yes it is for a stage head and the duration @ 50 is 206/206

No, it won't. If it works with Stage 2 heads, it won't work with ported stock (which are iron, not steel, by the way) or Champion or TA aluminum stock-replacement heads. It's either one or the other.
