Fuel filter size

I'm going to run a fuel filter before & after my Weldon pump. Should I run a 10 or 100 micron before the pump? I would ASSume a 10 before and 100 after but not sure.

I was told kinsler had a high flow monster filter for before the pump. might check with them.
