fuel filter

Can any one help me out. I am trying to find the fuel filter in my GN. I looked all over the car for it and I still cannot find it. I have followed the gas lines and nothing has come up. Can any body help me out and give me any ideas on how to change it.

The fuel filter is along the driver's side frame rail about a foot back from the rear edge of the driver's door.
