helping the old man bring his '87 back from sitting and we just went through the gas tank.
dropped, flushed, painted.
we replaced the sending unit and added a Walbro 340.
I didn't notice until after we had the tank back up that the replacement hose he picked up (from sending unit to fuel lines) is rated at 50 psi and 'Not for fuel injection'.
Did we goof?
Thanks for the help.
edit : this is for stock config, only upgrade in fuel system is the pump and a hotwire kit we installed. I've read many posts on here, and only one or two mentioned high pressure hose is necessary. I'm thinking we goofed...
