Do they have the proper fittings at the end that connect to stock hoses.

Yes, all the connections are the same in the front and the rear it even comes with a 2-3'' long section with a rubber hose around the section that goes through the chassis so it won't rub the line. The main line is a two piece I had to install a fuel filter in line to connect the lines.
