Fuel Press. Gadge

I recieved my fuel Pressure gadge today from Kirbans. The instructions say that the fuel rail is under high pressure. I must relieve the pressure before installing the gadge set-up.
How do I relieve the fuel pressure??

Unplug the pump under the bumper and turn it over a few times, this will relieve the pressure, if not just let it sit overnight.

Just letting the car sit over night will relieve all fuel pressure?

I swapped FPR numerous times in the last week and never relieved the FP..

No problems, Just keep a rag under the fuel rail.

Iplanned on keeping the Fuel Pressure Gadge on all the time. Have you guys ever had any problems with this, leakage etc.??
