Stock FP on a Bosch 233 regulator (what came on TRs) is 34-40 psi static (idle with the vac LINE OFF). A Bosch 237 regulator (what came on a TTA, and also considered a upgrade besides getting an adjustable) is 37-43 psi static. The FP reading you should be concerned with when adjusting is static fuel pressure. Amounts with the LINE ON may vary, but is usually about 6psi less than static, at idle. A good regulator should drop pressure with the line on, and as the engine builds vaccum. When building boost your FP should raise 1 psi for every pound of boost (at WOT FP should = static FP + boost).
