Hey there,
where does the vacuum line that goes to the fuel regulator hook up? Is it to direct vacuum? The link in the sticky is hard to follow, I understand it goes into the metal line but then where? If I hook it up to direct vacuum will it raise with boost?

If you feel the back of the Intake, you will Feel a Nipple sticking out the back of the intake (more on the pass. side of the intake)

use a rubber hose and connect that steel line (from the regulator) to that nipple sticking out the back of the Intake..

problem fixed.........

if ya have a hard time trying to get it hooked up, TAke the throttle body off and you get alot more clearance.....

The way mine was setup was, the nipple on the back of the intake is on the passanger side. right next to the inlet for the turbo. Mine had a T connector on it. One vacuum line connected to the steel line which goes to the fpr, and the other line connected to the map sensor to run the factory boost guage. If you got short stubby hands like me, it might take some feeling around to get it, but you can't miss it :)

Hey Guy’s
With an adj. Fuel pressure regulator should I reroute this hose or cap it off??? Right now I have it capped off.
Thanks
David

Buickcruiser, you still need to use the vacuum with an adjustable regulator, the vacuum/boost is what gives your motor extra gas under boost pressure, otherwise you will lean your motor out way early! But you must have a source that supplies boost and vacuum pressure.
