fuel pump block off bolts/studs

Trying to get the fuel pump block off back on my timing cover with the cover already on the car...

Does the stud to closest to the radiator or closer to the block?

Stock is two bolts. I would guess the stud was put there for the fuel lines clamp.

I thought it was a stud and nut that held the clamp? I guess that would tell me too, which one should the clamp go on?

said piss on it and went to Ace and got two stainless steel bolts.

Every 86/87 I have seen had two bolts and one had a clamp/bracket for the fuel lines
