fuel rail inlet

Wanting to put a #8 AN on the stock fuel rail...I cant find any adapter but a #6.

Anyone know where I can get a #8 adapter??

Also where do I get the fitting to go from the test port to 1/8 NPT??

Just cut off the stock fitting and weld a -8 bung.

Summit has weld bungs.

I ordered a steel adapter from clearwater hydraulics a while back. If memory serves me right I had to shorten the male side of the fitting to get a proper seal (metal crush washer) it's an 8an I also drilled the center slightly larger and also drilled the passage on the fuel rail larger. The fuel rail has tapered neck just beyond the threads.

Thank you for the info! I'll be getting a spare rail from a FWD 3.8 ie lesabre, and modding it for the -8 feed. I have a -8 feed to the rail, and a -6 return. I'll go the fitting route like you did and just drill out any restrictions so it is a full 1/2" all the way through.
