Well, I finally got around to upgrading the grounds on my car. I felt the fuel sending harness and man...it's warm! I have a single Walbro 340 that's hot-wired. What can I do to correct this?

terminals for the in tank connectors may be spread....only way to tell is to drop tank and check..

It's resistance. Old wires, more voltage than stock, mine was the same way. At this time the only solution is make a larger gauge harness yourself or buy the Racetronix stainless hanger with upgraded harness (the only way they'll sell it). It's on sale @ just under $100 and probably the best reliable solution. I bought one, had to bend the float just a bit to make it work and solved my wiring problem. Plus it'll last forever.
